As an elite, I thought I could use Breezeway at any time (it doesn't say otherwise on the boarding pass and neither did anyone else) but it turns out I can only use it after Zone 1 has boarded through the general line. Where's the sense in that? After being told off twice for using Breezeway even though I had a Breezeway boarding pass, I gave up and used the general line.
