Goo Goo Cluster? This was the local Nashville specialty when I was growing up. Caramel, marshmallow and peanuts (or pecans, in the Supreme version) slathered with chocolate. Like a Turtle on steroids. I haven't had one in years, because I like my fillings to stay where they are.
It's funny, Goo Goo Clusters were the first thing I thought of when I saw the OP.
I also enjoy some of the various KitKat flavors I find when I'm in Asia, and appreciate when friends bring them from their travels, too. And then there's Pocky...
