Unless I completely don't understand what is going on (which is entirely possible) PresRDC wants to convert a 26,000 mile business class circle pacific,
DCIR26, to a DONE. I was looking to the Circle Pacific rules to see if that was possible, I'm not sure why the global explorer rules would apply to the DCIR26 fare.
