Not easy to find at all over here
Here's a thread about finding Cholula in London

I picked up 20 bottles recently from Asda in Colindale (luckily they were heavily discounted at 78p a bottle ^) which should
just last us a year.
My favourite way of eating it is in a sandwich of homemade bread with chips/fries and mayonnaise.
Lately, MrLapLap has taken to customising Miso soup
(recipe was given to us in this thread

He likes the soup as it is, but I make a huge pot at a time, so it's nice to have variation.
By adding several generous slugs of Cholula he says it takes on a Mediterranean flavour very different to its usual Japanese taste. Basically, it turns it into an entirely different soup.
What I find strangest is that despite the quantity of Cholula we add, in
this example the chili heat is barely detectable - a rich tomato/capsicum pepper taste predominates instead.
