When selecting the awards, you are shown the terms and conditions of the particular reward only AFTER you've selected the non-changable "confirm" button. It would be better to show them BEFORE you hit the final confirm. In my case, I would have not selected the WC passes because the terms said they were not transferable (I'm already a WC member). So I guess my 60K reward is useless... I'd hate for others to make the same mistake.

terms and conditions are already available from a link on the nwa.com/eliteextraperks landing page as well as from the page in the selection process immediately prior to the completion of the selection of the reward as part of the original design.
