That's exactly what happened to me, because I have my email registered at another IB site and must have at some point marked IB emails as spam.
But again, I fully EXPECT IB to send me 'helpful and relevant offers.' Like you folks never get 'helpful and relevant offers' from EVERY other business-owned IBB you sign up on!?
