Are you saying that if you use a code which you are not entitled to use the contract with AVIS is not valid and the collision damage waiver does not apply in the event of damage or an accident?
Interested to know as have been using codes with no problem but am worried now!

L093590 for many years now and have been in 2 accidents. In both cases I never heard a word from Avis regarding repairs. I got the code from this site and it has always provided a very low competitive (maybe not the absolute rock bottom in every case) rate, unlimited miles, and free LDW. I do also use a credit card that offers primary coverage (Diners Club), but in my accident experiences, it was not needed as the LDW applied. I rent within the USA only. The "L" code has been a reliable code on these boards for years.
