You will get warm nuts, soup and a choice of 2 entrees -- one is salad w/protein (chicken or shrimp usually), the other varies. Maybe lasagna, a chicken dish, etc. You do get ice cream sundaes for dessert, but note that this is only on the "dinner" flights, not the "lunch" flights. True transcon lunch flights do get sundaes.
How is EWR-LAS not a transcon flight? I thought everything EWR-West Coast was considered transcon, or is LAS considered a leisure destination? What is IAH-LAS considered, and how is it different?
