Very true. However, it is possible that the Indian passenger had already ordered a special meal and was, if so, in this case justifiably, verifying the nature of the meal. We simply are not in possession of all the facts.
In any case, as other posters to this thread have already pointed out, the FA's behaviour was utterly unacceptable and uncivilised, no matter what the circumstances.
