Now that cockpit doors are hardened, terrorists/hijackers are exceedingly unlikely to take over the flight deck. If terrorist walks up behind FAM in first class and piths the FAM with a pencil (think of the frog dissection in biology class), all the training in the world will not be worth a hill of beans.
