He then let me know he was upgraded. Obviously I figured I was as well. So I call CO. I was NOT upgraded. I checked in online and have been added to the wait list. So. A new gold on U got upgraded ahead of a PLAT on U. That makes about as much sense as a football bat. I brought this to CO's attention. Apparently the Rep "did something she was not supposed to do". How much is this happening and taking seats away from the folks who are ahead in line?
