Yes, barring some details. You will drop to Gold on 3/1/7. Then if, on the first 2 Saturdays of March (March 3 or 10, depending on which Saturday the rolling 12 month check is run), you have at least 75 nights
on record in the previous 365 days then you will once again attain Platinum status.

Referring to the example, you would need to stay 75 nights in 2007 or your status would be Gold for 2008. Something to keep in mind, however, is that if you were downgraded to Gold in 2008 you would be eligible to achieve Platinum again on the rolling calender year, so the interruption in status could potentially be very brief.
