Unfortunately, there isn't a publicly available tool that can calculate or even just show fuel surcharges. Matrix comes closest, but there's lots it can't do in the context of RTWs.

I doubt this is the case. As I mentioned, I've been unable to confirm the daytime JFK-HND flight, but I was able to waitlist it and confirm the midnight departure. I am unable to confirm or waitlist a QF flight SIN-BNE. Both flights are wide open in 'D' but are 'D0' as part of my ex-OSL RTW.
