Thanks. I think I've seen it work, too. The theory I'm going with for now is that the error message appears when there are no other flight options. Obviously that's not what they want (or not what they should want) to have happen, but that may be where they are right now.

In my current case, I have tried several times over the app and the website over several days without any luck.
