hi, my flight to Singapore was due to fly today (6th March) I used the link from the mobile app when the information bar popped up giving options, in the comments bit I added “refund request due to Middle East trouble” I did this on the 3rd and have this morning received confirmation email stating tickets being refunded in full. just to confirm my Amex card has been refunded in full (no charges taken) both tickets refunded. As mentioned in this thread by another writer there is a drop down option to add other ticket numbers and names so I did both in the one refund claim. Didn’t pay for seat selection as part of ticket price or any other options so cannot comment on process to reclaim them.
