Thanks very much - I am using one they link to but someone has got through to them and post on another forum. Refunds in full go to 31 March now but on the form at the moment you need to write INVOL refund otherwise can be treated as voluntary. I will wait still but looks more hopeful.
That's helpful, thank you. I looked at that linked form a few minutes ago and it also talks about ticket conditions etc. So the INVOL might do it.
