Originally came with one, 2nd was a factory option (now standard). You can get a third software based AOC sensor, iirc

Following the 737 MAX groundings, regulatory authorities, particularly EASA, mandated the addition of a third Angle of Attack (AoA) sensor to enhance redundancy and safety.
