I had a flight YQR-YYZ that was clearly covered under the announcement but I had to call in to change it for $0. In the event, they then changed the outbound YYZ-YQR to arrive 12 hours later via YQR and I cancelled the whole itinerary, which is fortunate, given that the new return flight got cancelled too.
