Looking at a last minute trip ORD OGG next month. Don't have a lot of experience with domestic flights on widebody. Looking at J/F over and probably Premium Econ coming back.
I understand the route has normal domestic F service with perhaps a few HI inspired "touches."
Where does Premium Economy fall on this spectrum? Any food at all? The below makes me think yes. If so, is it any difference than what is served in the F cabin?

Flew IAD-HNL a few days ago in PP, they served breakfast at take off and then lunch at hour 5 of the flight....... an hour before landing we got drinks and snack basket... not sure if that was typical for this daytime flight? I was surprised to have lunch coming around halfway through the flight......
It seemed like first was getting the pre arrival meal at the regular pre arrival time.
