I haven’t seen any, and given we are barely a week into the new year, and this program is in its first year, is likely there aren’t any yet, at least posted here. The reality is, if you need to change your dates, you need to do that, regardless of how The credits settle. I’d personally go with the expectation that the 2025 credit is forfitted if you cancel and rebook today, and be happy if you get to keep it. You may be the first DP, if you follow up.
I’ll say this is a potential drawback of using the previous year credit for a future year booking. That said, I booked a hotel for 2026 late December as well, so I’d be in the same boat if I end up needing to change. I don’t expect to, but truth is you never know.
