Yes, looks like this is widespread. Chase quietly changed the language on The Edit points boosts to up to 2x instead of a guaranteed 2x. A ridiculous nerf considering how poorly this refresh has gone for them, and incredibly frustrating for how I was hoping to use the card post-refresh.
