The sliding doors and low water pressure are too bad. But I am one of those who prefers a freezing cold room, and it's pretty rare to be able to use the Platinum breakfast amenity for in-room dining (which I enjoy) -- so it's great to hear about those features. I think I'll check it out one of these days if I can get the NUA to clear.
