No. Luck of the draw when phoning. Try again at different time of day. That the agent is
"worse than useless", could be more as some have been known to cancel the ticket or segments.
If asking for QF points the may be getting confused with the QF points product "
oneworld Classic Flight reward". Often incorrectly referred to as RTW
Is you ticket a oneworld RTW *ONE* or *GLOB* ? Issued by which airline? [hopefully not QF]
Is in the rules a service fee can be charged. And a US$125 for some changes.
