Pizza is a guilty pleasure for me, and I won't waste the calories on blandness. Case in point, I will not ever eat a plain cheese pizza, regardless of the type(s) of cheese. Rice and potatoes is quite common in other places as well. HK has their curry beef brisket on rice that usually contains potato.... Penang (golden curry to some.... usually a coconut based) curry often has potato as well. Not a big fan of fries in a shawarma wrap, but lemon potatoes in a shawarma/gyro/falafel dinner isn't always a bad thing.
I've seen pierogie pizza as well (pierogies as a topping) so that would be triple carb if you consider the wrappers... never tried it before but I'd be willing to give it a go.
Now I'm kinda hungry.
