Account opened and SUB received 2-3 months ago, card not used since. $99 credit posted to account next day, called and requested check be mailed.

(FWIW, after I closed an identical 2.5 month old Hawaiian Biz account 6-7 months ago, I received a check for $50 or $99 a month or so after closure.)

(Based on my recent experiences as documented here and here with Hawaiian Biz cards, I plan to close the account a few days after depositing the check and then, if the card is still available, apply again in a few months.)

(SUB Addiction is a terrible affliction, the treatment and cure is grueling .)
