There generally are NOT taxis waiting there - think I’ve only seen one waiting there once. It’s a very small area.
Usually call once we get there and wait the few minutes. Coming into T7, we have called when leaving the terminal, saving maybe 2 minutes of wait time.
I don’t know about the fixed fare.
To confirm what seems obvious, do you just call that number and ask for a taxi for the terminal 7 taxi stand? Give your name so someone else doesn't grab your taxi?
