Upon approval, even before you receive the MC, Bilt will tell you your “Bilt Rent Account” account and routing numbers. Give those numbers (with authorization) to Management company, they will a monthly ACH pull for HOA fees, for all they know it’s coming from a bank account, thus no fees. Posts as a charge on your Bilt MC a day later, Bilt reward points post that same day (if you have 4 other charges in the billing period).
