Yes, that's correct, but the tour was cancelled the day before. Of course a great offer to refund the price (at least no voucher) less the admin fee. 30$ was from hotel to new location. The original departure point would have been Hamilton, where the cab is even more expensive. This is the organization that also runs the aquarium.
