are you signed in to your trueblue account? Email says you need to be signed in, so that may be the issue. It showed for me when I signed in and then clicked the Core fare.
Yep signed into my trueblue account. Tried to go through booking process multiple times with different dates and routes and it wont show me anywhere where the certs required are. At what step is it supposed to show?
