I was seeing a lot of this at the beginning of your time range (I'm assuming you posted towards the end of the "span of three hours") -- stays/activity very slow to load, lots of time with the animated "loading" graphic with the sun/moon rotating around the building, booking searches taking an extremely long time or just failing a lot of the time. The website was giving errors during this period as well.

It seems better now though.

I wonder if they were doing system maintenance this weekend and the one prior, but one would hope they'd have the courtesy to post a notice if that were going on (maybe there was one somewhere and I missed it, dunno)
