According to Caesars both the Founders card and Wyndham match to Diamond need 100 TC for the dinner but just as in past years people are reporting different results.
One POSSIBLE explanation is it's only effecting people who just started matching and not those like my wife and I who have been matched for about 5 straight years.
Either way people should be award the dinner may not be on the card until a few days after they earn 100 TC.
I don't recall seeing those terms before. Perhaps it wasn't in effect or enforced when we matched in February. We both had zero tier credits at the time our celebration dinners were loaded.
BTW for anyone going to Vegas before the end of May, Wynn just started matching

You could match Caesars Diamond to Wynn Platinum first, then match Wynn Platinum to Fountainbleau Gold
