Just picked up my Caesar's Diamond rewards card at the Caesar's rewards desk in Las Vegas and asked them about the $100 Celebration dinner and they said that the status matches from the Wyndham Business earner is no longer eligible for the $100 celebration dinner. He said one must earn 10 tier credits to get the celebration dinner credit.
