No; this is happening with no schedule or flight # changes. Other flight options on the select flight page are accurately indicating fare changes, but selecting the same flight indicates no change when it should note a refund.
Changing to a different flight and then back to the original is another workaround, if you cant/do not want to book/cancel in separate transactions.
