Yep, Frontier is definitely caveat emptor! And every statement about the quality of the experience or reliability of the operation ha to be qualified with "but for the price"...

Free carry-on, free checked, free seats, cash refundablility.... And my upgrades clear just as often on Frontier as they do on United!
