Morocco - Brazil on/around Jan 10
Seattle - SE Asia (flexible) on/around Jan 22
SE Asia (flexible) - Miami on/around Apr 10
I’d like to be in lie flat for the ocean-crossing segments.
To do it, I have:
60k American
300k Bonvoy
300k Chase
60k AmEx
I’ll have, in addition, by the time I need to book the SE Asia - Miami flight:
60k Citi
67k Alaska
I feel like people are doing this quite often - and with even fewer points - but I don’t even know where to start. Is this possible with what I’ve got? Any ideas? Thank you!
You don't have that many points/miles.
AS & AA are close ff partners. Does not make a lot of sense having low balance in each, if miles are from flying. If from frequent spending (credit card) a little more understandable.
Many frequent flyer programs FFP now have dynamic awards, which can be have high ff miles needed. Or less common low miles.
Awards are far from guaranteed. Need to be very flexible with date & route
Your Chase points may be able to used as pseudo cash.

Need to check the ffp award rules in detail.
You will not get business class (lie flat ) on all the over ocean flights. 1 or 2 at best
