Local. We used a hotel card to get to our hotel so that was charged to the hotel. BUT the price was at least 10x that of Grab. We hope to get cash from the airport ATM for an upcoming trip. If not, we will ask the GRAB driver to stop at an ATM. Our final option is to pay in US currency which I hate to do; I don't think it is respectful.
