OP’s situation is YMMV. Access seems to be accorded per OW rules, but MH has also pushed some passengers to the regional domestic lounge:

OW elites can access Satellite & Regional lounge as noted, OWE can access Platinum side in Satellite. Bus Suites can access F area within Platinum.
