AA once said it can't ever lose money again. Why on Earth should that be guaranteed? I suppose with little or no competition, it can. There have been too many mergers in various industries in recent memory to the detriment of consumers. I think DL has gotten too arrogant because I'm reading that they're expecting their CC revenue to eventually top $10 billion? I see no need to have a DL card in my wallet ever again. Guess I won't be contributing to DL's CC revenue.
