Since the "merger" flight capacity reduced, fares up, less competition. DL's IFE is better, to be sure, but that's about it.
AA once said it can't ever lose money again. Why on Earth should that be guaranteed? I suppose with little or no competition, it can. There have been too many mergers in various industries in recent memory to the detriment of consumers. I think DL has gotten too arrogant because I'm reading that they're expecting their CC revenue to eventually top $10 billion? I see no need to have a DL card in my wallet ever again. Guess I won't be contributing to DL's CC revenue.
