Also AS redemptions trans-Atlantic are mostly BA through London. The fuel plus LHR fees are ridiculous. AS is a great program for redeeming trans-Pacific, but very tough to find awards with less than $1,000 copay trans-Atlantic. I still have half a million miles waiting for a good redemption.
