I think it’s just the extra 20, and maybe I will have to reselect the perk when 2024 starts (and lets one reselect or change to a new perk, as it sounds like this is the case in the terms below). I stopped trying to figure it all out, but here’s what it says for that one:

Expires on December 31, 2024
Once chosen, your perk selection is valid until the expiration date above. Once confirmed, perk selections cannot be modified. The first perk you select will be the first perk available next year for re-selection if, based on your tiles earned, you have earned more than one perk. At that time, you may reselect this perk or decline it to choose a different one, which will be valid from selection until the new expiration date for that perk. Keep Swap rules apply:
