I was torched at Citi (granted this was about 9-10 years ago, back in the good old days of the ~30% Citi Drivers Edge and 5% TYP cards)........and still haven't been able to get another Citi card since then. I think I had about 4 Citi cards at the time and they shut all of them at once.
