I was told that everyone who was Mosaic at the switchover got a Mosaic Perk to Pick. So that's why you and I got one. It won't happen next year.

32->20 tile bonus->52->20 tile bonus again -> 72?
3. Will I get yet another pick at 100? (a total of 3 perks?)
Yes, yes and yes.
But if you're not confident of getting from 72 to 100 this year, it might pay to wait on the second 20 tiles until you're over 80 and it will get you to 100. Then if you get to December and aren't over 80, you can take another perk instead.
