A Mosaic agent told me that selecting a Mosaic Perks You Pick replaces the previous one - but only if the previous one is Mint Suite Priority or the pet fee waiver. The others (FoundersCard Blue, $99 statement credit, 20 tiles, 15,000 points) are yours when you select them and don't get replaced or clawed back.

So if you pick 15,000 points, then later level up and pick Mint Suite Priority, you keep the 15,000 points. But if you pick Mint Suite Priority, level up, and then pick 15,000 points - according to the agent, you lose Mint Suite Priority. Is that true?

Are you saying that the second 20 tiles stay in the account into 2024, and can apply toward qualifying for 2025?

The website says "At the start of each new program year (1/1), the tile tracker on your dashboard will reset to 0 tiles, but any Perks You Pick that were earned and selected in the prior year are still valid through 12/31, unless it was a one-time perk that was already used." I'd think the 20 tiles perk is used when selected, same as the 15,000 points, $99 statement credit or FoundersCard Blue.
