Looks like I am either missing something completely here with my Tiles calculations for the new rollout or jetBlue completely screwed calculating up my Tiles.

Since 1/1/23 when JB states that they would begin the new tracking method:
- Total Barclay's JB Plus CC Spend (1 Tile for every $1,000 Spent) = $8,444 which should be 8 Tiles.
- Total JB Spend to Include Using the CC (1 Tile for every $100 Spent) = $4,471 which should be 44 Tiles or maybe slightly lower if government fees and taxes are not accounted for.
Maybe a Caveat to these calculations: I booked and completed a JB Vacations Package on 2/11/23 and traveled from 3/24/23 - 3/28/23. This was done as a Points + Cash purchase. 80,000pts + $4,106. $320 of the $4,106 was an Extra Space seats purchase.
As a counter that maybe JB is not honoring Points + Cash for accruing tiles, $320 was spent as an Extra Space Seat upgrade. According to JB language, Extra Sapce Seats are an "extra fee" that should count towards Tiles earnings. So even with this assumption/scenario, I would get 3 Tiles from this spend added to the 8 Tiles from the CC Spend.
As we can see, 10 Tiles vs 11 Tiles vs 52 Tiles is a drastic difference.
Of note too, I have check JB's contract language for eligible spend on the CC and also the TrueBlue program Terms & Conditions language and could not locate any statements in regards to not accruing whne booking a JB Vacations Package with Points + Cash.

One note - not sure if this applies but though you get credit card tiles for full spend amount, I’m believe you only get JetBlue tiles on your share of the airfare/vacation spend. So if the even more space fees were for 2 ppl, you would earn tiles on half.
Still seems like a big difference - could always be a glitch with the points plus cash processing. I would call for the breakdown of why you received what you did (if you have Mosaic from last year it’s much easier - seems they have more leeway and generally are more familiar with the nuisances the Mosaic line. That’s just from my own experience. They adjusted a missed tiles/points credit for me the other day and it went through right away. )
