Is there a magic person or email to reach out to get ORC? When I've contacted United, it's always been very easy, and the miles appear days later, even in cases where travel involved partners.
My last one (DL metal, DL ticket) took 3 months and multiple calls to get ORC, and this current one has already been over a month and sometimes even the PM line will tell me completely wrong things (e.g. that I can't earn SkyMiles on a KLM-issued ticket)
I just went through this with Delta and a LATAM ticket. It took three calls. The first agent had absolutely no clue, the second one tried to tell me it was going to be automatic even though the trip was re-scheduled on AA and they had no way of knowing whether it was flown at all.. The third one suggested I should wait until all segments of the trip were flown, but after some gentle prodding agreed to call the skymiles people to try to get it resolved. It was done 15 minutes later. Based on this I would call again and insist that they call the skymiles line and resolve it for you right then.
