Stayed for a single night in January before heading to Al Maha. Upgraded to a suite, after a little prompting via the app chat. Very large room with balcony. Staff on front desk seemed a little new but we did arrive after midnight so they were perhaps just asleep - they were friendly nonetheless. Wasn’t up for breakfast but did have room service lunch. Location is exceptionally convenient for the mall. Usual comfy bed and nice smelling toiletries. I preferred the new W, but this is a decent hotel, based on my quick visit.
