Technically, it's mostly upguages on equipment and not so much adding flights back. It seems pretty clear most of the DL routes that used to operate exclusively with CRJ-200s pre-Covid will not be returning. While they have upped frequencies to 8x daily on CVG-ATL (8th flight is added June 8th for SuMoThFr) from 6x last year, CVG-DTW and CVG-MSP have lost a frequency from 5x to 4x daily compared to 2021 as they moved up from smaller regional jets to larger ones and mainline flights.
