The Delta Platinum agent. They didn’t have any flights for days and days. Our hotel reservation wasn’t moveable (sold out completely). I found a flight on JetBlue and asked if she could put us on that flight. She could not due to no interline and said flat out ‘i advise you to book that flight and write customer service later asking for reimbursement - I can’t help you get where you need to go’.
(This was a crew issue on our flight but compounded by the weather everywhere else.)
