I had called once more and had a very sympathetic agent who told me that the SM team only could see the DL class O and directed me to call VS and have them change the ticket. I didn't call back after that and ended up doing a run to SLC to get the rest of the MQDs--ended up doing some skiing to for the day.
I wrote in for feedback about the last two agents and the entire ordeal, perhaps DL will throw me a bone in the form of SM in 2-4 months when they get to it.
Sadly agents aren't likely correctly explaining to SM department the issue. iWrite in a "complaint" and attach copy of receipt. Sad that takes this much work.
