Yes, it was easier than expected. My Delta flight from ZRH was cancelled and I got rebooked on Swiss and United. Of course no MQDs or MQMs posted automatically because they weren’t Delta flights. I called in and the agent put in an ORC request with the SkyMiles desk. Posted correctly about an hour later.
